The grapes of our vinsanto are carefully selected and dried in the air for 4-5 months. Once squeezed they are placed in chestnut barrels of about 60 liters for 5 years. Il risultato è un concentrato di sapore toscano, ottimo in abbinamento con pasticceria secca o semplicemente come fine pasto.
