In the heart of Tuscany, between the gentle hills of the Val d’Ambra and the elegant beauty of the countryside, lies the “Le Mura” farmhouse, a complex of Tuscan farmhouses from the early 1900s, recently renovated and divided into various types of apartments. Our property offers its guests 4 large apartments, furnished in Tuscan style and equipped with all comforts, with terrace, independent garden and private parking (beds for min. 2 people, max 5 people), and 5 one-bedroom apartments a pleasant level of intimacy with the pleasantness of the modern furniture that is spread over different floors. The hospitality of our structure, the very familiar environment, together with the tasting of our wine products (Chianti D.O.C.) and extra virgin olive oil, will remain in your memories, in addition to the wonderful colors of the landscape in which you will find yourself wrapped.

SETTLEMENT & PAYMENTS
- Not included in the price: heating on consumption; final cleaning.
- Prices DO NOT include City Tax:
€1.50 per person (over 12) per day, for the first 4 days. - Each reservation transmitted by telephone must be confirmed by fax or mail, followed by a deposit equal to 30% of the stay, by bank transfer payable to:

- Arrival is allowed from 16:00 to 19:00, barring unforeseen events which must be communicated.

The apartments must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.

It is not allowed to let other people stay overnight, other than those registered, without the owner’s authorization.

Security deposit of € 250.00 upon arrival.
In case of cancellation of the reservation:
- From 20 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount will be retained
- From 15 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be retained
- From 7 days of arrival, 100% of the total amount will be retained
