Even though this facility is in a quiet and peaceful area it is only 25 km from Arezzo, 35 km from Siena, 55 km from Florence and about 80 km from the sea and only 2 km from the town of Bucine, where there are supermarkets, a bank, restaurants, train station and bus stops.
