Apartments are rented on a weekly basis and from Saturday through to Saturday.
Check-ins on Saturdays from 4 pm to 7 pm barring unforeseen circumstances that should be communicated. Apartments should be vacated by 10 am.

Unregistered guests may not sleep in the estate without the express approval of the owner.

Deposit to be paid upon arrival for each apartment: € 250,00 -
Balance should be paid upon arrival.

Free baby-cot in all periods.

| CANCELLATIONS |
In case of booking cancellation:
- From date of reservation to 16 days prior to arrival 30% of total amount will be retained.Corsi di cucina Toscana
- From 15 days prior to arrival to 8 days prior to arrival 50%. Corsi di lingua italiana
- From 7 days prior to arrival 100%.
